Who is Who?
Who? Communications was createdin 2014 by Will Hoyles, a public relations and communications expert with substantial experience of delivering high quality media relations, media training, issues planning and crisis communication for some of the leading charities, membership organisations and think-tanks in the UK.
Will's experience of training leaders of charities and campaigning groups to effectively incorporate media into their work, to get their messages out in TV and radio interviews, and in handling the inevitable media crises that face any organisation that is trying to make positive changes to the world, led him to offer training specifically for the not-for-profit and education sectors.
In training Will is joined by an experienced broadcast journalist who can put delegates through their paces in practice interviews that feel like the real thing, as well as offering expert feedback from both a journalist's and a public relations professional's perspective.
We believe that the unique pressures faced by our clients - managing supporter responses to campaigns, safeguarding service users and students, and navigating nuanced ethical issues - deserve a unique approach to training and we never deliver the same training session twice. Everything we do will be tailored directly to your needs and the skills and experience of your delegates.
Who? Communications believes in raising professional standards in public relations and Will is proud to be a Chartered Institute of Public Relations Accredited Practitioner.
